chocolate, chocolat

one thing i can't give up. chocolate. it is really addictive and i know i better quit having chocolate beside me at the office but i don't want to.
above is the chocolate from my friend in san fransisco. with sea salt. しかもtile shape. hot chilliが入っているの、かなり好きだった。i'm trying to make mexican chocolate but i don't know how to mix jalapeno and chocolate to taste good. okay, one thing i want to try maybe in next year: baking nice mexican chocolate tarts. it's kinda hard to forget the taste of the tart from "Queen of the tarts" on Roncesvalles.
チョコレートにからむものは映画も本も良いものね。映画はやはりおいしそうな"Chocolat"で、本はやはり"Like water for chocolate"が好き。レシピが付いているのがよい。 "Charlie's chocolate factory" makes me think like"i've got to be grateful for this precious chocolate, i've got to savour this" everytime before any chocolate,それでもボリボリ食べてしまいますね。
