my body feels so tired and heavy from sitting at desk all day and i can't stand with my stiff shoulder anymore. as handy timing, my co-worker introduced good chiropractic clinic in iidabashi and it was my first chiropractic experience!
this chiropractic place was busy in old tiny building but i kinda liked it. they are cheap( you can receive first treatment at 1000 yen and also apply health insurance from next time) and you don't have to book beforehand. really convenient.
it was rather hard treatment than soft massage. i could hear my neck knacked. but they can tell how much my pelvis got distorted and try to fix it. sure that i'll get hooked in this therapy.
大分楽になりました。
私の場合、身体の重心は左に寄ってしまってて足も左が短いらしいです。でも首は右に偏りがちらしい。だから身体ばりばりでした。筋肉もはっててこりまくり。骨盤を今度矯正していこうとのことでした。
くせになってしまいそう。ただほんとに首をひねられてボキッといったときにはびっくりしたけど。
なんだか最近のニュースで、南米だったかどこかで、旅行中のアメリカの海軍兵をスリがねらってお金とろうとしたら、結局反対に首の骨をへし折られて即死状態だったというニュースを覚えているので。なぜにわざわざ屈強な男性をカモとして選んだのでしょうね。やはりこうなるとアジア人のほうが狙われやすいのかも。体格だけでなくガードの雰囲気についても。
とにかくこれで体が楽になったら嬉しいなあ～。
青山のど真ん中を歩いてた都会の蛙。これはトノサマガエルかひきがえるかな。すぐ動くからうまく写真撮れなかった。
